Operation

It is an operation performed under general anesthesia for an average of 3-4 hours. Patients stay in the hospital for 1-2 days. Drains placed behind the ear are removed within 2-3 days. The stitches are removed between days 5 and 7.

Postoperative

Swelling and bruising on the face of patients may last for 10-14 days. They can take a bath after the 3rd day. Patients can start work in 3-4 weeks, and after 4 to 6 weeks, they can also practice oral exercise.

Who is Facelift suitable for?

What are the types of face lift surgery?

Mid-face lift: This method is especially suitable for patients with sagging prominent in the cheek area. It is an operation performed with an incision made in the lower eyelid or endoxcopically from the temple area.

Mini face lift: Patients with significant sagging in the cheek and mouth corner are the ideal candidates. It does not have much effect on the jaw line and neck area. It is an operation performed with an incision made just in front of the ear.

Whole face lift: 50 years of age and older in patients with significant sagging of the cheek and chin region. The incision starts from the temple area of the scalp, continues in front of the ear and reaches back and ends in the scalp.
